Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
• All accessories, documentation, and free items are included
• The item is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Electronic components that have been soldered or used
• Custom-assembled kits or modified products
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
• Bulk orders with special pricing
• Items damaged by the customer
• Software or digital products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@dhyanalab.in within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
4. Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to our address
5. Include a copy of the invoice and return authorization number

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain items

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Your order number and description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently process exchanges as a return and new purchase. Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
