Overview

We run 3D printing in-house, which means it doubles as a design tool for our own engineering work and as a standalone service for anyone who needs a part printed. Enclosures, brackets and mechanical components for the embedded systems and IoT projects we build pass through the same printers we use to fulfil direct customer orders.

That gives us clean prints, reliable quality and fast turnaround for students, makers, startups and small businesses, with no minimum order quantity, so a single functional prototype is as welcome as a small production batch.

Typical print requests

  • Prototypes for design validation and testing
  • Custom product enclosures and housings
  • Brackets, mounts and mechanical parts
  • Small-batch production runs

Problems We Solve

Where teams get stuck between a design file and a usable part.

Slow design iteration

Rapid prototyping lets you validate and test a design in physical form before committing to tooling or bulk manufacture.

No enclosure for your electronics

Custom cases and housings for electronics projects, sized and printed to fit your board and connectors.

Orders too small for a factory run

No minimum order quantity, single-piece orders are accepted alongside limited production runs for testing or distribution.

Not sure which material fits the job

We help match PLA, PETG, ABS or TPU to your part's strength, flexibility and temperature requirements.

Capabilities

Prototypes & Functional Parts

From design-validation prototypes to functional mechanical components and on-demand replacement parts for broken components.

Enclosures, Mounts & Robotics Components

Custom product enclosures, brackets and mounting solutions, and parts for robotics and automation systems.

Materials

  • PLA, general purpose, cost-effective, best for decorative and visual models
  • PETG, strong, durable, chemical and moisture resistant, ideal for functional parts
  • ABS, heat resistant and tough, for mechanical and high-stress applications
  • TPU, rubber-like flexibility, for grips and shock absorbers
