Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dhyana Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Electronic components are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. Educational kits come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or modification.
Dhyana Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
