Dhyana Engineering Solutions provides engineering services (including embedded systems development, electronics design, PCB design, IoT development, industrial automation, rapid prototyping, research & development, engineering consulting and custom product development), our own software and hardware products, and related component sourcing and kit-building support. All offerings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service or product without prior notice.
All orders and project engagements are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods, or as otherwise agreed in writing for service engagements, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as specified during checkout or in a project agreement.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dhyana Engineering Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Electronic components are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. Educational kits come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or modification.
Dhyana Engineering Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
