Orders for physical goods, such as components, kits, and 3D-printed items, can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead go through the return process described in our Return Policy.
To cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at info@dhyanalab.in with your order number. We will confirm whether the order has already been dispatched and process your cancellation and refund accordingly.
Engineering service engagements, including embedded systems development, electronics and PCB design, firmware development, IoT development, industrial automation, research & development, engineering consulting, and custom product development, vary widely in scope, timeline, and staffing. Because of this, cancellation terms for a service engagement are not fixed by this policy and instead are whatever is agreed between Dhyana Engineering Solutions and the client in that project's own written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or contract).
If a project agreement does not separately address cancellation, please contact us to discuss terms specific to your engagement before proceeding.
Where a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, consistent with the timelines set out in our Return Policy or as agreed in the relevant project agreement.
