This Shipping Policy applies to physical goods sold or supplied by Dhyana Engineering Solutions, including electronic components, educational and lab kits, and 3D-printed parts and prototypes. It does not apply to engineering services, which are covered separately in Section 5 below.
Orders for physical goods are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, once pricing and any project-specific details have been agreed. Processing times may vary for custom-built kits, bulk orders, or items that require sourcing.
We ship across India using reliable third-party courier services. Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected, and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and Dhyana Engineering Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
As set out in our Terms & Conditions, risk of loss and title for physical goods pass to you upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier. If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please refer to our Return Policy for how to report the issue.
Engineering services, such as embedded systems development, electronics and PCB design, firmware development, IoT development, industrial automation, research & development, engineering consulting, and custom product development, are not physical goods and are not shipped. Project deliverables are provided digitally (for example, design files, source code, documentation, or reports) or delivered on-site, as scoped and agreed in the applicable project agreement.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be shown before you confirm your order or agreed in writing for project-based orders.
